Offally Good: Burns Night Supper

It may be an acquired taste but i love haggis and when better to feast on this little Scottish delicacy then on Burns Night. So, i may not technically be Scottish (pretty sure there is some heritage with my surname) but nevertheless, my love for haggis has developed over the years after frequent visits to Albannach in London's Trafalgar Square and a trip to Edinburgh.

I may have cheated a little by buying a ready made haggis but it was equally as tasty (and less messy!)

...and of course, it has to be served with the obligatory 'neeps' and 'tatties' (i.e. mashed potato and swede)

Ta da!! Traditionally it is served with a whiskey sauce but the northerner in me was screaming out for gravy!! Yum!!
